Incident Management (M.Tech Required) - Kochi

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Incident Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our IT Operations team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT incidents, ensuring swift resolution, and minimizing business impact. This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during critical events.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor IT systems and proactively identify potential incidents.

Act as the primary point of contact for all IT incidents, ensuring timely logging and categorization.

Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, engaging relevant technical teams for resolution.

Communicate incident status effectively to stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.

Facilitate incident post-mortems to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident management processes and procedures.

Maintain accurate incident records and documentation.

Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for incident management.
