Inventory Management (0-1 Yrs) | Gurgaon

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management professional with a BCA degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will be responsible for assisting in the efficient management of inventory across our textile and apparel operations, ensuring accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and supporting supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory principles and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using the company's ERP system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to verify stock accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies, reporting them to the Inventory Manager.
- Support the receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of goods.
- Help in organizing warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of inventory.
- Generate basic inventory reports as required by the management.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement) to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory handling and storage.
