We are seeking a diligent and organized Asset Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Com degree and possess a strong understanding of asset management principles. You will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company assets, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all company assets, including hardware, software, and other physical assets.

Track asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.

Conduct regular audits to ensure asset accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Manage asset tagging and labeling processes.

Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure timely maintenance and repair of assets.

Assist in the development and implementation of asset management policies and procedures.

Prepare reports on asset status, utilization, and depreciation for management review.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
