You will assist in guiding employees, understanding their aspirations, and connecting them with relevant learning and growth opportunities within L&T Technology Services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting one-on-one career counseling sessions with employees to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Help employees identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training programs, workshops, and internal mobility opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of employee career development plans and progress.
- Support the HR and L&D teams in organizing career development events and workshops.
- Research industry trends and emerging roles to provide up-to-date career guidance.
- Assist in the development of career pathing frameworks and resources.
- Respond to employee queries regarding career development and opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers to understand team needs and potential career growth areas.
