Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Category Head with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing specific product or service categories to drive revenue growth and enhance market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills, suitable for candidates who do not require a post-graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for category growth.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure favorable terms and pricing.
- Oversee product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities within assigned categories.
- Monitor category performance against key metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the category to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends relevant to the technology sector.
