Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may pose competition risks.
- Conduct due diligence on potential partnerships, acquisitions, and market entries from a competition law perspective.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with competition regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents related to competition matters, including contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to business units on competition law issues, including cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and merger control.
- Prepare reports and presentations on competition risk assessments and mitigation strategies for senior management.
- Stay updated with evolving competition jurisprudence and best practices in the Indian market.
