Join our team as DBA / Data warehousing - Other (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DBA / Data warehousing professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic FinTech team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our data infrastructure, ensuring the integrity, performance, and availability of our databases and data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in database administration and data warehousing concepts, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for the FinTech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of database systems and data warehouses.
Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies.
Perform regular backups and recovery operations to ensure data safety.
Manage user access and security permissions for databases.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient data management practices.
Document database schemas, procedures, and configurations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in database administration and data warehousing.
