Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export / Import Executive with an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in international trade operations within the financial services sector. You will be instrumental in supporting the smooth execution of import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and processing of import and export documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, policies, and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of all export and import transactions.

Liaise with different departments to resolve any issues related to international trade.

Support senior team members in analyzing trade data and identifying potential areas for improvement.
