Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage insurance claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.

Liaise with insurance providers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to clarify policy details and resolve queries.

Maintain and update insurance records, databases, and policy documents.

Assist in the renewal of insurance policies and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Conduct preliminary risk assessments and gather information for new insurance policies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

Support the legal and finance departments in insurance-related matters.

Prepare reports on insurance operations, claims status, and policy performance.
