We are seeking a skilled IT Network professional with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic IT team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software, with a focus on supporting our diverse business operations within the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other network configurations.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement.
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their network requirements and provide technical support.
• Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
