Role Summary:

Your LLB degree will be a significant asset in understanding employment laws and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for non-IT positions across different departments within the retail operations.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone and in-person), and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies, leveraging your LLB knowledge.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical non-IT roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
