We are seeking a detail-oriented Reefer Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The Reefer Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing the financial aspects of our reefer container operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall profitability of our logistics and supply chain division within the travel and tourism sector. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles combined with practical application in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and report on the financial performance of reefer container operations, including costs, revenue, and profitability.

Develop and maintain financial models for reefer asset utilization and operational efficiency.

Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation for reefer-related expenses and income.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.

Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial controls.

Prepare budgets and forecasts for reefer operations, tracking variances and implementing corrective actions.

Assist in the financial evaluation of new reefer equipment purchases or leases.

Generate regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
