You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail units, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of retail operations. A graduation degree is not mandatory, but a keen business sense and leadership potential are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays to optimize sales and minimize wastage.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, resolving customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
