Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant field to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market reach within the leather industry. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales quotas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Manage and mentor junior sales staff (if applicable).
- Ensure a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and its applications.
