We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper / Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to manage our inventory and supplies at our Vijayawada location. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and programs by maintaining accurate stock records and efficient inventory management systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using software for tracking and reporting, leveraging their BCA background to optimize inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tools and software; perform regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Implement and manage an efficient inventory management system, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure proper storage of goods, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock movement, and any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with program managers and other departments to understand their inventory needs.
• Utilize BCA knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in inventory management.
