We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of textile materials, design principles, and are comfortable working in a professional services environment. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing textile designs that align with client project requirements, contributing to innovative solutions within our diverse portfolio. A post-graduate degree is not a prerequisite for this position, but a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for textiles are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate client needs into compelling textile designs.

Develop original textile patterns, prints, and fabric concepts, considering color palettes, textures, and material suitability.

Create detailed design specifications, including technical drawings and material swatches, for sampling and production.

Research current and emerging textile trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform design direction.

Prepare design presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance on fabric selection, printing techniques, and finishing processes.

Ensure designs meet quality standards and project timelines.
