Junior IT Asset Management role in Biotechnology

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Asset Management professional to join our dynamic team in Indore. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT hardware and software assets.

Track IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, including leasing and maintenance contracts.

Support software license compliance activities and audits.

Help in developing and implementing IT asset management policies and procedures.

Liaise with procurement, IT support, and finance teams for asset-related queries.

Generate reports on IT asset inventory, utilization, and compliance as required.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date asset management database.
