Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Legal Administrator to join our legal department. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a Diploma and 0-1 years of experience, looking to gain hands-on experience in legal administration within the dynamic FMCG sector. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the legal team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and organizing legal documents, contracts, and case files.
- Schedule and coordinate legal meetings, appointments, and court dates.
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, memos, and basic legal documents.
- Maintain and update legal databases and filing systems.
- Conduct basic legal research under the supervision of senior legal personnel.
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties as required.
- Support the legal team with daily operational tasks.
