Seeking Legal Officer (0-1 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Officer with 0-1 years of experience to join our esteemed legal team in Surat. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an M.Sc degree looking to kick-start their career in corporate law within the technology sector. You will provide essential legal support to the company, assisting in various legal operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents, contracts, and agreements under senior supervision.

Conduct legal research on various statutes, regulations, and case laws relevant to the company's operations, particularly in the technology sector.

Support the legal department in ensuring compliance with corporate governance norms and regulatory requirements.

Help in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes, including evidence gathering and documentation.

Provide administrative support to the legal team, maintaining organized legal records and files.

Assist in preparing legal opinions and advisories for internal stakeholders.

Liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and other relevant parties as required.
