Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Liaisoning professional with an M.Tech degree to join our team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our legal department and various external regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders within the healthcare and life sciences sector. You will gain hands-on experience in navigating the legal and regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and filing regulatory documents and applications with relevant authorities.

Liaise with government departments and agencies to facilitate approvals and clearances for company operations and product registrations.

Maintain accurate records of all legal and regulatory correspondence and submissions.

Support the legal team in tracking regulatory changes and ensuring company compliance.

Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct preliminary research on legal and regulatory matters pertinent to the life sciences industry.

Help in resolving any legal or regulatory queries or issues that may arise.
