Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end product design process, from ideation and user research to wireframing and prototyping.
- Leverage LLM knowledge to explore and propose AI-powered features for our digital platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent reporting, customer support automation).
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions, with a focus on translating complex industry needs into user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure successful product implementation.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools.
