Junior Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor role in Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply & Transmission Services Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the agrochemical sector. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of all inbound and outbound logistics activities.

Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.

Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, production, sales) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency.

Identify and address any potential disruptions or inefficiencies in the supply chain.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
