Land Surveying (LLM Required) - Kochi (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Land Surveyor with 1-3 years of experience and a strong academic background, specifically an LLM degree, to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys, analyzing data, and contributing to the planning and execution of various architectural and interior design projects. This role requires a unique blend of technical surveying skills and advanced analytical capabilities, leveraging the insights gained from an LLM.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technologies.

Analyze and interpret survey data, including topographical, geographical, and legal information, with a focus on regulatory compliance and contractual obligations (leveraging LLM expertise).

Prepare accurate survey reports, maps, and drawings for internal teams and external stakeholders.
