We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, demonstrating a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, which will be applied to the design and planning of sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscapes. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of landscape projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop conceptual designs and master plans for various landscape projects, including urban spaces, residential complexes, and commercial developments.

Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion) to create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations.

Conduct site analysis, research local climate, soil conditions, and plant species suitable for the region.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, urban planners, and clients to integrate landscape design with overall project goals.

Prepare project documentation, including specifications, cost estimates, and construction drawings.

Oversee the implementation and construction phases, ensuring designs are executed accurately and efficiently.

Apply analytical skills gained from MCA to optimize site planning, resource allocation, and project management.

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable practices in landscape architecture.
