Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Support the overall recruitment process, from job posting to offer management.
Conduct market research to understand talent trends and competitor landscapes.
Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment initiatives.
