Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Entity Management professional with a Master's degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our Surat office. This role involves supporting the legal and compliance functions related to our various business entities across India. You will gain hands-on experience in maintaining corporate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all legal entities within the company, including statutory registers and corporate filings.

Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate filing of annual returns and other statutory documents with regulatory bodies (e.g., MCA).

Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law matters relevant to entity management.

Help prepare and review legal documentation, agreements, and board resolutions.

Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as required.

Assist in the incorporation and dissolution processes of legal entities.

Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company's entities.
