Maintenance Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all facility equipment and systems. This role requires a practical approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This position is suitable for individuals with 5 to 5 years of experience and does not require post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.
- Assist in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement or upgrades.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
