Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain MIS policies and procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, including program managers and leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all MIS platforms.
- Train staff on MIS usage and data entry protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MIS system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new MIS features and functionalities.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of program effectiveness through MIS data.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and optimal performance.
