Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Naval Architect with 4-6 years of experience to join our innovative team in Delhi. This role is crucial in applying naval architecture principles to design and optimize our fitness facilities and equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant standards. While a post-graduation is not a mandatory requirement, a strong foundation in naval architecture and related engineering disciplines is essential. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new concepts to life and enhance existing offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structural analysis and design of fitness equipment and facility layouts, applying principles of naval architecture and marine engineering.
- Develop detailed design specifications, drawings, and calculations for new projects and modifications.
- Perform stability, buoyancy, and hydrodynamic analyses relevant to the unique operational environments of our fitness solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with Indian maritime regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and operations teams to integrate naval architecture solutions into fitness offerings.
- Troubleshoot design issues and propose effective solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and test procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in naval architecture, materials science, and fitness technology.
