Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Concierge with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Com degree and be adept at managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional support to employees and visitors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic MNC environment focused on emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist employees, visitors, and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reception and front desk operations, including handling inquiries, directing calls, and managing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, manage calendars, and provide logistical support for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure common areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Support HR and administrative departments with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Handle requests for information and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
