Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

Design, develop, and implement new processes or modifications to existing ones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and analysts, to understand their needs and translate them into process requirements.

Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

Monitor process performance, collect data, and generate reports to track key metrics and identify trends.

Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve them.

Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance process capabilities.
