We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Assembly Line Operator with 2-4 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a strong understanding of electronic assembly processes within the telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of our DTH set-top boxes and related electronic equipment, contributing directly to the efficiency and output of our production line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components and sub-assemblies for DTH set-top boxes and other telecommunication devices according to specified work instructions and quality standards.
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled units to ensure they meet performance specifications.
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and upkeep.
- Monitor the production process to identify and report any defects, inefficiencies, or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records, including work completed, materials used, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all products meet stringent quality benchmarks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as required.
