HVAC Supervisor - Telecom / ISP (0-2 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Supervisor with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree to join our facilities management team in Guwahati. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent law graduate looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a practical, operational role within the dynamic Telecom/ISP industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and a comfortable environment for our corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of daily HVAC operations and maintenance activities.

Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for repairs and installations.

Monitor HVAC system performance and identify potential issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.

Utilize strong analytical and research skills to interpret technical reports and data.

Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and management regarding HVAC status and requirements.
