Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welding Inspector / Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience to join our manufacturing team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the quality and integrity of all welding operations within our food processing plant, adhering to strict safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the visual inspection of welds on equipment and structures within the food processing plant.
- Support senior inspectors in conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) as required.
- Monitor welding procedures and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality control plans.
- Check welding consumables and equipment for proper storage and usage.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformance.
- Identify potential welding defects and report them to the supervisor.
- Ensure all welding activities comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in safety toolbox talks and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Learn and apply relevant welding codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS) under guidance.
- Support the maintenance team in ensuring the longevity and reliability of welding equipment.
