Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Head - Construction with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their education (Graduation Not Required) and are looking to gain hands-on experience in railway construction project management. You will assist in overseeing day-to-day construction activities and contribute to the successful execution of our railway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities on-site.

Coordinate with site supervisors, labor, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.

Monitor site safety regulations and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

Maintain daily site reports, including progress, resources used, and any encountered issues.
