We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Principal Program Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a strong legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is crucial in driving key strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance across our diverse retail operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their program management skills and legal acumen to facilitate seamless execution of projects, mitigate risks, and contribute to the overall success of Reliance Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for strategic programs within the retail sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, marketing, and technology to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support program development and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Identify and assess program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issues to resolution.
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key decisions.
• Ensure all program documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and company standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in program management and legal compliance.
