Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of financial projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Support in developing project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Prepare regular project status reports, financial forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct financial analysis for project feasibility, cost-benefit assessments, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and best practices throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support in the implementation of new financial systems or processes as part of project initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and financial reporting processes.
