Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with an M.Tech degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our team as a Construction / Manufacturing - Other specialist within the Clinical Research / Contract Research domain. This role will involve supporting various aspects of our manufacturing and operational processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of chemical processes and manufacturing principles relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing processes for clinical trial materials or other research-related products.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Conduct research and development activities related to new manufacturing techniques or technologies.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and review batch records, technical reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and project management.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support the validation of equipment and processes as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and safety protocols.
