Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker with an M.Pharma background to join our team in Pune. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to apply their analytical and precision skills in a dynamic hospitality environment. The role involves assisting in the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of specialized tools and dies used in various operational aspects of our luxury hotels, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, fabrication, and repair of custom tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures under the guidance of senior technicians.

Operate and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to create precise components.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.

Perform routine maintenance and calibration of tools and dies to ensure their longevity and performance.

Conduct quality checks on fabricated parts and finished tools to meet stringent standards.

Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to understand tooling requirements and provide solutions.

Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Utilize knowledge gained from M.Pharma to understand material properties and precision requirements for specialized applications.
