IT Project Lead (0-2 Yrs) - Electronics Manufacturing Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Lead with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and a keen interest in managing IT projects within the electronics manufacturing industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources, identifying and escalating any potential risks or issues.
- Support the documentation of project requirements, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the procurement and management of IT hardware and software.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Provide support for system implementations and upgrades.
