Hiring: Tool Room Manager | Kochi | 1-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tool Room Manager with a B.Sc degree to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for maintaining and managing our film and music production tools and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, functionality, and upkeep of all tools and machinery essential for our creative and production processes, supporting a dynamic entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all tools, equipment, and spare parts, implementing a robust tracking system.
- Schedule and perform regular maintenance, calibration, and repair of tools and machinery to prevent downtime.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in the procurement of new tools and equipment, evaluating specifications and vendor quotes.
- Document all maintenance, repair, and inventory activities meticulously.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand their tool requirements and provide timely support.
- Train junior staff on tool usage, safety procedures, and maintenance protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on tools and equipment to ensure they meet production standards.
- Stay updated on new tool technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
