Line Leader / Supervisor - Interior Design (1-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Line Leader / Supervisor to join our dynamic interior design team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate with 1-3 years of experience looking to grow their career in a fast-paced studio environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of interior design projects from concept to completion, working closely with senior designers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts and presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and furnishings.
- Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
- Supervise junior design staff and provide guidance on design tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.
