Role Summary:

The Machine Shop Incharge / Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily machine shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in the management of resources. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of machine shop personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and work instructions.

Monitor production schedules and assist in coordinating machine operations to meet targets.

Support quality control checks and ensure all manufactured parts meet specified standards.

Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and consumables, and assist in procurement processes.

Learn and assist with the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Generate basic reports on production, efficiency, and any issues encountered.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational challenges.
