We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tamil Teacher with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) background to join our educational support team in Pune. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience who can effectively impart Tamil language and literature knowledge, leveraging their analytical and technical skills gained from an MCA degree. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a love for the Tamil language, and supporting students' academic growth within our organization's ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive Tamil language and literature curriculum for various age groups or learning levels.

Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools.

Assess student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.

Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills, honed through an MCA, to understand and address learning challenges.

Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.

Organize and conduct extracurricular activities related to Tamil language and culture.
