Orthopedist

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Orthopedist to join our corporate health and wellness team in Bangalore. This role will focus on providing comprehensive orthopedic care, injury prevention, and rehabilitation services to our employees, particularly those in roles that may involve physical strain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and a proven ability to manage patient care effectively within a corporate setting. While the primary focus is orthopedic health, a B.Pharma background is considered beneficial for understanding pharmaceutical interventions and patient medication management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough orthopedic assessments, diagnose musculoskeletal conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide non-surgical and surgical management of orthopedic injuries and diseases.
- Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring patient safety and adherence to treatment protocols, leveraging B.Pharma knowledge.
- Offer advice on injury prevention strategies, ergonomic assessments, and workplace safety related to orthopedic health.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for employees recovering from orthopedic injuries.
- Educate employees on bone health, arthritis management, and other orthopedic wellness topics.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic medicine and pharmaceutical treatments.
