Role Summary:

- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Create compelling business cases and project proposals.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business consulting and software solutions.
