The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science degree and 3-5 years of proven experience in driving impactful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies across various digital channels to acquire new patients and enhance brand visibility for our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI and CPA targets.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential patients.
