Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in Bangalore, supporting the well-being of our event staff and performers. This role is crucial for ensuring the physical health and recovery of individuals involved in the demanding environment of live events and entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of musculoskeletal issues common in physically active roles and possess the ability to provide effective, hands-on therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition, pain levels, and range of motion.
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance.
- Administer manual therapy techniques such as massage, joint mobilization, and soft tissue manipulation.
- Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and proper body mechanics.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with event organizers and medical teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Be available for on-site support during events as required, addressing immediate physical concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques.
