Power Supply Manager - Electronics Manufacturing Sector (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Power Supply Manager with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the legal and compliance aspects of our power supply unit operations within the electronics manufacturing sector. This role requires a unique blend of legal acumen and an understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly concerning power supply systems and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and draft contracts related to power supply components, vendors, and service agreements, ensuring legal compliance and favorable terms.

Ensure all power supply operations adhere to relevant Indian laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., BIS, environmental regulations).

Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with power supply procurement, installation, and maintenance.

Liaise with legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders on matters pertaining to power supply and electrical safety.

Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures for the power supply unit.

Conduct legal research and provide guidance on evolving legislation impacting power supply and electronics manufacturing.

Support in dispute resolution and litigation related to power supply matters.
