Pre Sales Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Pre Sales Head with an M.Tech degree to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our innovative pulp and paper solutions and our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and understanding of the paper industry to develop compelling pre-sales strategies, craft technical proposals, and support the sales team in closing complex deals. This position is suitable for individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and articulate the technical capabilities and benefits of our pulp and paper products and solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored pre-sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with accurate and comprehensive technical information.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities within the pulp and paper sector.
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings, addressing concerns and building confidence in our offerings.
- Work with R&D and product management teams to provide feedback from the market and influence product development.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Indian pulp and paper market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Train sales teams on technical aspects of products and solutions.
